2017

2017 brought new projects, new collaborations, and new developments.

After I participated in the TENTS exhibition with a new work called 'love stories', I joined KLAP, a recently created student-run platform that created interactions between regional cultural institutions and professional artists with students of Minerva. Throughout the course of two years, KLAP remained active and organized exhibitions, lectures, one residency, a speed d(eb)ating event, and traveled twice (to Sweden and Vietnam) to present, develop and collaborate with two institutions.

It was during this period of time when:

- I realized the value of collaborating and working together,
something which is core in my artistic practice.

- I meet Jorien Ketelaar, a dear friend, and a long-term collaborator
with whom we establish 'Collective Constructs' two years later.
